Self-Study Module

People like people who are like themselves. This module will introduce skills for developing short and long-term relationships with influencers. Salespeople will learn skills necessary to develop relationships with new accounts and with new people within their existing accounts. They will also learn how to leverage relationships to affect their sales outcomes.

As a result of this program, salespeople will…
Build short & long term relationships.
Develop initial rapport and trust.
Identify customer satisfaction levels and how they affect relationships.
Develop strategies for persuading influencers.
Utilize customer profile information to build strategic long-term relationships.
Leverage strengths against weaknesses to influence decisions.


Salespeople and anyone involved in customer relationships.
Workbooks & Audio Cassettes or CDs for each module are included.
