Marcia is the president and founder of Impact Sales Training Company and a partner with DVR. She is a resident of Wisconsin. Marcia holds degrees in Communication and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin and a degree in Adult Education and Experiential Learning from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia. Marcia's background includes 25 years of sales, sales management and training, as well as product management. Marcia trains thousands each year to be their best in sales, service and sales management. Marcia has published dozens of articles on sales and service related issues.

Adam is the president and founder of Wiredmax Corporation and a partner with DVR. He has over 15 years of experience managing the design, implementation and maintenance of information technology systems.
